Transforming Collaboration From the Ground Up

Starting with a bare-shell building on Union Street, London, MMGY Global needed to design and equip everything from huddle pods and standard meeting rooms to a large town-hall style space – all optimised for Zoom and hybrid work. 

The brief was clear: deliver consistent, intuitive and high-quality meeting experiences regardless of room size or function. With rapid growth in mind, the infrastructure also had to be scalable and future-proof.

AVolution rolled out a uniform AV ecosystem across MMGY’s new office. Standard meeting rooms feature Yealink ZVC400 systems with studio-bar cameras, MCore PCs, and CTP18 touch panels. The boardroom includes high-end Yealink UVC86 cameras, MXA710 ceiling arrays, and QSC Core-Nano for processing and control. The ground-floor town-hall space is fitted with dual 86″ displays, dual AVer tracking cameras (front and rear), ceiling mic arrays, and a powerful AV hub for seamless streaming and side-by-side visuals. All cabling and infrastructure work was completed during the fit-out phase, ensuring clean aesthetics and future flexibility from day one.
