Designing a Seamless Collaboration Platform in a New Workspace
Carbon Clean faced the challenge of taking an empty shell of a new office and transforming it into a fully functioning collaboration environment. With no pre-existing layout, every meeting space needed to be defined from scratch—huddle pods, standard rooms, joined large spaces and a town-hall style area.
The brief, as summed up by their Head of IT and Digital Transformation: “make it the best.” The aim was to deliver a consistent user experience across all rooms, with no compromises—regardless of size or function—and allow the business to scale its global operations without meeting room technology becoming a bar
Our Solution
One Platform, Every Space
AVolution delivered a unified AV ecosystem across the 15 spaces, choosing best-in-class hardware including Yealink MVC systems, A20/A30 video bars, Shure MXA 310 table microphones and ceiling arrays, Aver cameras, Sennheiser wireless mics, and QSC speakers and Q-Sys processing. In the large town-hall zone AV-over-IP (NDI) workflows and a 98″ screen enabled advanced video streaming. Outside meeting rooms digital signage enhanced the brand and internal communications. The full rollout was designed so that whether users entered a small huddle pod or expansive collaboration room, the experience would feel familiar, intuitive and high-performance.
